4. Review Company details

Company details combines the former overview, verification and AI research views. It opens first and keeps the organisation record, representatives, configured fields and source labels in one scroll.

The verification summary shows answered requirements and items that still need review.

Read the value, then its source

Each field shows the strongest current answer. The small source control beside it tells you whether that answer came from the registry, a document, AI research or a reviewer. Open the control to compare the underlying answers and evidence without filling the main page with provenance details.

Source controls reveal the evidence only when you need it.

Resolve disagreements

When sources answer differently, the field is marked for review and appears in the verification summary. Resolve records which existing source you accepted, whether the difference is harmless, or whether it should remain open.

A resolution records a judgement about existing evidence.

If new evidence changes the answers, the resolution becomes stale and the field returns to review.

Correct a value

Use the pencil action when you need to supply the value yourself. A correction is attributed to the reviewer and outranks automatic sources.

Record a reason so the next reviewer can understand the change.

Fill gaps with research

If registry data and documents leave fields unanswered, use Run AI research at the top of Company details. The result remains source-labelled and includes links that can be checked.
