Your account and workspace

Accounts are provisioned by an administrator. A new account receives a temporary password and must replace it on first sign-in. Changing or resetting a password ends every active session.

The sidebar​

The sidebar provides one route into each daily task:

  • New Company Search starts a request and is the default page after sign-in.
  • Search requests filters the single recent-request list below it.
  • Extraction manages reusable document schemas.
  • Configurations manages the fields and report sections requested by a review.
  • Activity opens the workspace audit trail.

Everything produced by the team belongs to one workspace: requests, configurations, extraction schemas and document types. The workspace is part of every URL, /o/<workspace>/, so a copied link returns to the same place.
