Searching and opening a request

New Company Search combines company selection and check configuration.

All optional check chips are enabled by default and can be switched off before searching.

Country resolution

The country select opens on Any country. Leave it there when you want the legal form to guide the search. Forms such as Oy, GmbH, s.r.o. and Lda narrow the likely registers. Ambiguous names may produce a country choice. Choose the country directly when you know it or when searching by registration number.

The country resolver only chooses which official register to search. It does not become a source in the request or report.

Results

Searching is free and runs when the arrow button is pressed.

Use the match reason and identifier to distinguish namesakes.

If the company is absent, use the manual-company link below the results.

Default checks

The search begins with four selections:

• Company details and legal representatives;
• AI prescreening;
• Ownership graph;
• Adverse media.

The first is required. Select an optional chip to disable it. AML screening of the company begins when registry data arrives and is explained separately below the chips.

Ownership uses the budget and threshold shown on the page. The automatic walk checks the price before each lookup and does not start one that would exceed the remaining budget.

Configuration and confirmation

The field configuration is collapsed under the search controls. Standard field set is selected unless the workspace has another default.

The final dialog lists every check that starts with the request.

Create request starts the registry lookup and enabled checks. The request appears immediately in the sidebar. If a paid lookup fails, retrying remains an explicit action.
