Reports

The report is what the case is for: a document that states what was established about the company and where every value came from.

The report page with the live preview on the left and the section manifest on the right
The preview is the live document, and it re-renders whenever the case does.

The manifest is the point of this page

The PDF shows a reader the document. The manifest beside it shows you, before you issue it, why the document has the parts it has.

The report manifest listing each section with a Finding, Method or AI analysis tag
Noticing that a report carries no ownership part takes one line here, rather than paging through the PDF.
TagWhat it is
FindingSomething this case established: the register record, the directors, the ownership, the screening outcomes, the dossier
MethodWhat was done and what its limits are: the control policy, the source hierarchy, the methodology
AI analysisModel prose over the case's own data, labelled as such wherever it appears

Two gates decide what appears, in this order:

  1. Does the case's data make the section meaningful? A beneficial owners roster on a case with no qualifying owner is not a preference, it is a misleading page.
  2. Did the configuration ask for it? This applies only to the sections that declared themselves optional. Everything else is what makes the document a KYB report.

The control basis statement

Above the preview, in one sentence: on what basis control of this company was determined, and whether the case could determine it at all. It is the summary of the whole ownership part, and it is the thing to read before issuing.

Download preview, or issue

Download preview gives you the document as it stands right now: unfrozen, unrecorded, fine to send round as a draft.

Issue this report freezes it. See Issuing a report.
