What is in a report
The parts, in reading order. Each says what it is built from, because knowing the source of a page is most of knowing how much weight it carries.

The evidence appendix
Every cited value in the report has an entry here, and each entry carries a band of the source page, full width, with the cited passage marked.
A figure cut out of its row proves nothing, because the label beside it and the heading above it are what say which figure it is. That is also why the picture sits under the entry rather than beside it: at that width the print in the crop stays as legible as the print in the document it came from.
A passage taller than a band gets its first line instead, and the entry says so.
Where the AI prose is, and where it is not
Three places carry model-written prose, each labelled AI analysis in the manifest: the key findings in the summary, the ownership interpretation, and the control conclusion. They are written over the case's own data, not over the web, and nothing they say becomes a value.
Nothing in the findings parts is model-written.
What the report does not print
Whether you worked through a discrepancy. A report states the value that stands; whether an operator adjudicated a disagreement to get there is case management, not a finding about the company. The audit trail records it and the case shows it.
The one place a person appears in the document is a value marked corrected by a reviewer.
Optional parts
